KFCRIS signed a research cooperation agreement with University of Tabuk

The King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies signed a memorandum of cooperation with the University of Tabuk on Monday, 2nd of April, 2018. The memorandum was signed by KFCRIS Secretary-General, Dr. Saud Alsarhan, and the university's director Dr. Abdullah bin Farah Al-Thiabi. This comes within the framework of activating the community partnership and scholarly research cooperation in various fields of academia with academic and research institutions.

Dr. Saud Alsarhan said that the memorandum of cooperation with the University of Tabuk comes within the plans and programs of the Center to activate social programs with educational institutions and research. It aims to contribute to the development efforts, cooperation, and research production in all fields.

The Director of the University of Tabuk, Dr. Abdullah Al-Thiabi pointed out that the memorandum includes knowledge cooperation to activate a number of educational and training initiatives, including: education and training, exchange of visits between officials, researchers, specialists and faculty members; training and lecturing, as well as consultation between the parties for the sustainability of joint cooperation to contribute to the goals of the memorandum of cooperation.

This agreement comes within the framework of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies to cooperate with universities and academic institutions locally and internationally, with the aim of extending bridges of academic cooperation and strengthening cultural relations.
