KFCRIS held inauguration ceremony of "The Arabian Narrative"

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS), opened the launching ceremony of “The Arabian Narrative" at the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies - AlFaisal Institute, in the presence of a number of dignitaries and officials.

HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal delivered a welcoming speech in which he clarified the progress and the regress as a custom in the human existence, and the conditions for the Renaissance embodied by the Crown Prince in the Kingdom's 2030 Vision.

HRH Princess Maha bint Mohammed AlFaisal, the Secretary-General of the KFCRIS, emphasized that the Center strives through “The Arabian Narrative" to address the ambiguity and the regress in the “Arab civilization" concept, and to repel the attempts to damage and marginalize our civilization.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ibrahim Aldeghaither, the Assistant to the Secretary-General of the KFCRIS, welcomed the attendees and emphasized on the Center's efforts in spreading knowledge, enabling research, and preserving human heritage, inspired by King Faisal's vision - may God have mercy on him.

This was followed by a presentation on “The Arabian Narrative" delivered by Dr. Abdullah Hamidaddin, the Assistant Secretary-General for Scientific Affairs at the KFCRIS, in which he gave a detailed explanation of “The Arabian Narrative" and its intellectual tracks.
