Hamza Kashgari is a Research Fellow at KFCRIS. He joined KFCRIS in July 2019. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, and obtained a Diploma in Culture from Makkah Almukaramah Institute. He specializes in cultural and literary studies, analysis of mythical discourse, and literature from the margins.

At the Center, he contributed to preparing the Report on the State of Culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
