On Monday, February 27, 2023, HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS), inaugurated “The Arabian Narrative” events, in the presence of HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh. 
The event was attended by a number of dignitaries, officials, intellectuals, and experts.

Professor George Saliba (Founding Director of Farouk Jabre Center for Arabic and Islamic Science and Philosophy) delivered a lecture entitled “The Arab Roots of the Development of the Scientific Movement in the Arab-Islamic Civilization.” The lecture was moderated by Dr. Abdullah Hamidaddin (Assistant Secretary-General for Scientific Affairs, King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies).
