His Royal Highness Prince Turki Allaisal, Chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, received at his office on Sunday, 24th September 2017, the Chinese Special Envoy for the Syrian crisis HE Ambassador Xie Xiaoyan accompanied by Chancellor Wang Yongchao, Ambassador Li Huaxin, and a number of members of the Chinese Embassy.

During the meeting, Prince Turki Alfaisal stressed the importance of resolving the Syrian crisis, addressing refugee issues and combating extremist organizations, and emphasizing the need to unify the international positions towards the situation in Syria.

This meeting comes within the framework of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies to document aspects of cooperation and bilateral relations with various personalities and local, regional and international organizations working in the field of research, strategic, and political studies.
