KFCRIS received a delegation from the Gulf Police of the Gulf Cooperation Council

On Monday 27 September 2017, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) received a delegation from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Police Force. The delegation was headed by Colonel Mubarak bin Said Al-Khaili, Director of the Gulf Police, and included Major Thamer bin Mohammed Al-Harkan, Head of the Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime Department of the Gulf Police, and Mohsen bin Obaid Al-Hazmi, the security adviser. The delegation was greeted by Dr. Habbas Al-Harbi, Director of Media, Publishing, and Marketing, who briefed the delegation on the programs and publications of the KFCRIS, as well as its role in studying and discussing a variety of important political, social, and economic issues, and contributing to the improving of policies to meet the challenges facing decision-makers. The delegation also toured around the Al-Faisal Museum for Arab-Islamic Art and paid a visit to the Center's Manuscripts and Libraries Department.
