Suha Al-Bader is the Director of the Department of Human Resources at KFCRIS. She joined KFCRIS in August 2022 and was appointed to her current position in December 2023.

Previously, she worked as the Office Manager for the Chairwoman of the Faisal Family Archives (Dārat Āl Faiṣal). Before joining KFCRIS, she held the position of Director of Human Resources at various organizations. She obtained her bachelor's degree from the College of Management and Technology at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Egypt.
