On Tuesday October 27, 2020, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies convened anonline panel discussionentitled “Sustainability in the Gulf Post-Coronavirus: Shifting Patterns of Consumption in the Fashion, Food and Transportation Sectors.” Four speakers joined the panel discussion: Dr. Hanaa Almoaibed (Research Fellow, King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies), Dr. Aisha Al-Sarihi (Research Associate, King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC)), Rawan Makki (Environmental Engineer and Fashion Designer), and Intisar Al-Yamani (Independent Consultant Specializing in Communications and Public Relations). The discussion wasmoderated by Dr. Mark C. Thompson (Head of Socioeconomics Unit, King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies).
