On Tuesday December 15, 2020, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) and the Middle East Institute at the National University of Singapore (MEI-NUS) co-convened an online panel discussion entitled “The Changing Security Architecture in the Middle East: A Role for China?” Three speakers joined the discussion: Dr. Alessandro Arduino (Principal Research Fellow, Middle East Institute, National University of Singapore), Dr. Shen Dingli (Professor, International Relations, Fudan University’s Institute of International Studies), Dr. Andrea Ghiselli (Assistant Professor, School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University). The discussion was moderated by Dr. Mohammed Al-Sudairi (Head of Asian Studies Unit, King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies).
