On Monday May 23, 2022, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) and the Embassy of France co-convened a public lecture entitled: "The Revival of Islamic Studies in Europe: Contemporary Trends"  in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the KFCRIS, HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal. The speaker was Dr. Cedric Baylocq (Lecturer, Institut Catholique de Paris). The lecture was moderated by Dr. Mark C. Thompson (Head of Socioeconomics Program, King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies).
