On Monday, January 13, 2024, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO), aiming at joint effort in organizing events, workshops, and training courses, as well as information exchange, collaboration on publication, and humanitarian research.

In the signing of the MoC, KFCRIS was represented by the Director of Al-Faisal Cultural House (the publication arm of KFCRIS), Dr. Habbas Raja'a Alharbi, and ARCO was represented by the Secretary-General, Mr. Abdullah bin Suhail Al-Muhaidli.
