On Tuesday, January 28, 2024, HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS), who is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Abdullah Bin Idris Cultural Center, presided over the board meeting of the latter organization to review the achievements of the year 2024. The major achievements include the completion of the Center’s foundational infrastructure and the remarkable progress of the "Translation of Billion Words" initiative. The meeting also covered plans for the current year 2025, including the second edition of the Abdullah Bin Idris Digital Culture Award, and the launch of the "Al-Qiyam” (Values) campaign to promote national, Arab, and Islamic identities.
